A electrochemical behavior of various metal surface of implant material by effect of shear stress dynamic movement

Abstract
he nature, metals go chemical reaction with its environment and produce chemical product. Oral cavity is very good room for corrosion and it is important to study the electrochemical quality of implant material. These electrochemical process is
very
complex, and until now it is not completely explained. The corrosion concept can be considered on the basis of energy conversation. Nowadays various implant materials are used in dental field and titanium is the ground material because of it's
biological and economical character. Its biocompatibility comes from stable energy barrier through TiO2-phase.
In this experimental study, the electrochemical responce under dynamic condition using Linear-Polarization and Tafel-Polarization technics was compared using various implant materials such as 1) Titanium 2) (Ti, Zr) O 3)(Ti, Nb) ON 4) Co-Cr-Mo 5)
AISI
304 stainless steel 6) AISI 316 stainless steel.
The results demonstrated that all the materials showed lower values of corrosion-current than Iorr=1(A. The corrosion-current values of Co-Cr-Mo, AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316 stainless steel were elevated in slow and long contacting dynamic
motion
